A personal receptionist in every room.
The tap-to-talk AI assistant for hotels — voice-only, 20+ languages, live in 14 days.
Three forces converged.
Aurelia is the result.
households use a voice assistant daily.
Voice-first interaction is no longer a behaviour hotels need to teach. The adoption curve happened in living rooms. Aurelia meets guests where they already are.
Voicebot.ai · Smart Speaker Consumer Reportrise in hotel labour costs since 2020.
Wages have climbed, recruitment has tightened, and overnight coverage is the hardest shift to staff. Hotels are looking for structural change, not a shortcut.
U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics · Hospitality Wage Dataof travellers under 45 prefer self-service.
Asking for towels at midnight, ordering food without a phone call, getting an answer in a guest’s own language — these are no longer preferences. They are expectations.
PwC · Consumer Intelligence SeriesWhat Aurelia Does
Tap-to-Talk, Natural Conversation
Aurelia is not always listening. Guests tap the device to start a conversation, ask anything, and get an answer or an action. No app, no screen navigation, no remote. Just tap and talk.
20+ Languages
Aurelia speaks the twenty-plus languages your guests arrive in, switching naturally within a single conversation.
A Receptionist, Not a Smart Room
Aurelia does not control your lighting, thermostat, or curtains. It does what a great front desk does: answer questions, take requests, and route them to the right person.
Sentiment-Aware Handoff
When a guest gets frustrated, Aurelia knows. It escalates to a human on your team within seconds — with the full context of the conversation already attached.
Standalone or Alongside Your PMS
Aurelia works on day one with no integration. When you are ready, it sits cleanly alongside Opera, Mews, Cloudbeds, or whatever you run.
Live in Two Weeks
A configurable product, not a custom build. Configured to your property in week one, shipped and installed in week two. No IT project, no contractors.
What a guest actually experiences.
“Aurelia, where’s the pool, and what time does it close?”
She taps Aurelia and asks. Answered in a sentence. She asks for extra towels. Done before she has unpacked.
“I’d like room service — what’s on the menu?”
Aurelia reads the menu. Sofia confirms her order with one word. No phone, no menu card, no waiting on hold.
“The room next door is really loud.”
Sofia taps Aurelia. Aurelia offers ear plugs. Sofia’s tone sharpens — Not good enough. Aurelia detects the shift and escalates to the night manager. He calls within two minutes.
Five-star review. Every request handled the moment she asked.
A representative journey. Aurelia is configured to your hotel’s brand voice and services.
What it looks like for the staff.
Three pre-orders already queued from guests who spoke to Aurelia this afternoon. Timestamped, routed to F&B. Michael starts prep before anyone calls.
Room 214 orders dinner. Room 309 adds wine. Both land in the queue clean — room, dish, timestamp. No phone calls. No relay errors.
“Aurelia, is the kitchen still open?”
Aurelia checks the 9:30 PM cut-off. Confirms. Takes one last order — one Michael would have missed.
Aurelia flags Room 202 — 47 minutes, no delivery confirmation. The night manager re-sends. A complaint becomes a save.
Eleven orders. Twenty-eight-minute average fulfilment. One flagged. Michael tightens the overnight handoff.
Aurelia replaces the transactions that were never warm to begin with — so your team can show up fully for the moments that are.
Aurelia Demo
Watch Aurelia handle real guest interactions — from answering Wi-Fi questions to dispatching towels and processing room orders — with a look at the backend intelligence behind every response.
What happens in this demo
- A guest taps Aurelia and asks for the Wi-Fi details. Aurelia answers in a single sentence — no app, no front-desk call.
- The guest asks for extra towels. Aurelia confirms the request and routes it straight to housekeeping.
- The guest places a room service order by voice. Aurelia reads back the order and dispatches it to the kitchen.
- The command centre view shows each request arriving in real time, tagged by department, so staff can see and act on it immediately.

Frequently Asked
No. Aurelia is a voice receptionist, not a smart-room system. It answers guest questions and routes their requests to your team. We made that choice deliberately — controlling the room is a different product, with different failure modes.
No. Aurelia is tap-to-talk. It does not listen continuously and there is no camera. Voice is processed in our cloud, transcripts are not retained beyond the active session, and nothing persists after checkout. Hotels can pre-notify guests at booking and offer in-room opt-out.
Aurelia runs on cloud infrastructure with regional processing. For UAE properties, processing is aligned to UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021); for European brands, we operate to GDPR standards. We will share the specific posture for your property and brand flag during onboarding.
More than 20 at launch — including Arabic, English, Mandarin, Hindi, French, German, Russian, Japanese, and Spanish. Aurelia switches between them naturally within a single conversation, and we add languages as properties need them.
Standalone on day one — no integration required. Aurelia generates a PDF folio per room and per order that your staff can post to any system. When you are ready, Aurelia sits alongside Opera, Mews, Cloudbeds, or whatever you run.
Yes — that is week one of every deployment. Tone, vocabulary, escalation rules, and what Aurelia will and will not say are configured to your brand. A Four Seasons Aurelia does not sound like a budget-property Aurelia.
They simply do not tap it. Aurelia is opt-in by interaction — there is no listening to opt out of. Properties can also disable the device per-room on request.
Two weeks from first conversation to go-live. Week one we configure Aurelia to your property — voice, services, escalation rules. Week two the hardware ships, your team places it, and it is live. The first thirty days include full Edition9 coverage.
Aurelia is a cloud service. If connectivity drops, Aurelia tells the guest plainly and your team is alerted on the dashboard within seconds. Most hotel networks fail to a backup link before guests notice. Aurelia does not pretend to be something it is not when it is offline.
Tiered by property size: 50 AED per room per month up to 50 rooms, 40 AED for 51–150, 30 AED for 151+. One-time device fee is 100 AED per room, fully installed. We will model the full numbers for your property.
